To return the item, what should I do now?
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please send us this first to vivellashop@gmail.com, and then we will provide you the return address. You have to bear the expenses for the return.
For the return to be successful, your product needs to be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
You can return your product(s) for a full refund within one month after shipment.
We require an invoice or proof of purchase. In case you cannot find it or do not have it, then please note that in your email, and we can find it in our system.
After we've received your request, we will notify you of the steps to finalize your return.
How are refunds processed?
Once your product(s) have been returned, please allow 2-3 business days for them to be inspected. A member of our staff will then process your refund/exchange and notify you via email.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
For refunds: If your return evaluation is approved, a credit will automatically be applied through the original method of payment within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
Late or missing refunds?
You should wait up to 10 days to receive your refund (depending on your bank).
First, check your bank account again if you haven't received a refund and it has been over 10 days.
Next, contact your bank/payment processor that is associated with the credit card/payment method you used on your order. There might be a delay or issue with their processing time before a refund is posted.

My item is broken/I received the wrong item, what now?
We replace items if they are defective, incorrect, or damaged. Send us an email at vivellashop@gmail.com (including your receipt) if you need to exchange it.
If you receive a damaged item, you must notify us within 3 days of receipt. If the item is defective/damaged, we need a photo or video showing the issue with the item. Please send it with the request email. It will then go through the approval process and, if approved, the exchange will be finalized.

I haven't received my item yet, what now?
In the event that you do not receive your order after the specified delivery timeframe, please contact us as soon as you are aware.
Do you have a warranty?
Our warranty lasts for 1 year from the date your order is delivered, in case something happens to your item due to faulty craftsmanship. We'll repair your product at no charge for you.
The products need not be physically damaged. Abuse or misuse will void warranty coverage.
The item may either be repaired or replaced based on the manufacturer's discretion.
Warranty period begins with the purchase date.
